Saints put a lot into last weeks loss at Hamilton for no reward, this week they must ensure home advantage helps them gather some points. Howe of Fife are this weeks visitors, Saints moved up through national leagues with Howe and have suffered agonisingly close home defeats for the past two years to the Fifers. It would be a real boost to take the points this time.

The pack will be strengthened with the return of four regulars, Gareth McCall, James Currie, Stuart Clanachan and Paddy Coupar. In the backs hopes are high Andy Walker recovers from last weeks ankle injury and youngster Chris Auld may also be available to make a rare appearance.
