Saints Hope To Build On Win

Dumfries Saints are hoping to build on last weeks win and improved performance. It won’t be easy however as they travel to Glasgow to play Cartha Queens Park, a well established side with a strong pack of forwards. Hopefully the confidence gained from last week will fire up the side. The Coaches have brought back some of last weeks missing farmers into the squad.

The Second XV still remains unbeaten after Kilmarnock failed to raise a side last week, it’s disappointing that this young squad missed out on a game. This week they travel to Whitecraigs to play a side that they enjoyed two titanic struggles with last year, the honours were even with both sides winning their home matches. It will be tough fixture and the side will have to step up their performance to come home with some points.
