Saints Travel For A Big Challenge
Dumfries Saints succeeded in achieving their third successive win last week to lift them comfortably into fifth position in the table. This week they face their longest league journey of the season to Dundee to play Morgan FP. The home side have had an erratic start to the season but had a good win against a strong Hamilton side last time out at home so the Saints expect a real challenge.
Competition for places is hot with several second team players making strong cases for promotion. In the front row Gareth McCall returns and Kiwi Sean Cockburn continues his progress back to full fitness. In the back row Malcolm Fairweather is rewarded for a promising debut performance last week with a start and Villimony Satala moves onto the bench. Kenny Brown returns to the bench after a five week absence.
